Warriors Break 2 Program Records with a Sweep against Simpson

It was an exciting Sunday afternoon for some baseball action. The Warriors coming off of a win the previous day went into the last 2 games of the series against Simpson wanting more. Westcliff in the 1st game as a team recorded 20 Hits, 13 RBIs on route to beating Simpson 16-8. The 16 runs in game 1 ties their season best of runs scored in a game.
The Warriors were not finished as the prepared for the 2nd game of the day. It was this game that saw the Warriors come back down 2 in the bottom of the 3rd. The Warriors proceeded to score 6 runs and then 7 runs in the next 2 Innings to stretch their lead. Westcliff ends Game 2 with a final score of 19-6. Westcliff broke their program record of runs scored in a game with 19 Runs (Program Best) which was previously 18 back in 2020. Westcliff ended the 2nd game with 18 Hits and 17 RBIs (Program Best).
