The Warriors are on a roll.
Saturday night at the Jordan Lawley Center, Westcliff women's volleyball capped off a perfect 3-0 week with a perfect 3-0 sweep of Antelope Valley, 25-16, 25-22, 25-21.
The match was competitive throughout and the Warriors overcame a six-point deficit in the final set to close it out.
"Antelope Valley is a tough team," Westcliff head coach Kenny Ma said. "Their record isn't indicative of the type of team they are, and that's something that we talked about – we weren't going to underestimate them."
When the Warriors needed a point to close out the contest, they went to Elise Brown, who smashed home the match's final winner.
Brown was fantastic, finishing with a game-high 12 kills.
Maddie Shepston had 11, Peyton Holst had 10 and Erykah Wilson had eight.
While Shepston has produced at a high level all season long, the development of hitters like Brown, Holst and Wilson from season's start to Saturday night is readily apparent.
"I was proud of the way we competed," Ma said. "Every set was a battle, and in that last set we were down six points and we fought back.
"We won it, and it's really nice to close out the week 3-0."
Rylee Adair and Shepston had 14 digs each, and Brown had 10 of her own.
At net, Meghan Tilschner had a game-high 23 assists.
Tilschner has impressed as of late as well, especially at the stripe where the Warriors count on her consistent serve.
Michelle Do finished with 15 helps.
Up next, the Warriors (10-10, 8-5) travel to San Marcos for another rematch, this time with Saint Katherine.
First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday.
