Whittier is the 2nd strongest team at the DIII level. They played in the championship match against Pomona-Pitzer. My boys deserved the win. Roberto Barrera was standout he recorded 13 saves and even a half court shot for 1 goal. Giorgi our center was amazing finishing with 3 goals. Also Mateja Bosic also had 3 goals as well. The team overall is looking for nice. I think it was a big time win, it was prestigious win for our program."
